So it passed… Like people thought that it actually wouldn’t ? Everyone that has opposed this bill has made their voices heard and the government(corporation) of the United States just moves on with it’s own intentions. It seems our system has become it’s own entity and hasn’t followed the will of the people anymore. I have already explained all of this before though so i’m just preaching to the choir here aren’t I.
Anyways politics aside these are the basic facts of the situation looking at it from a truely sovereign viewpoint. The de facto establishement for the first time has broke the commerce clause in the constitution by fining people that don’t pay for a service that they demand: I.e.; said healthcare. If we where living under a republic then we would automatically have two more checks against this tyranny. Basically if the congress was to pass healthcare in this situation the people would assemble organic common law courts where the masses did a vote themselves on the legislation. These courts would already be assembled as being part of the republic, but if not say we had a re-establishment of our republic right now then obviously we would have to assemble these common law courts again ourselves which would like I said just be part of the process. Then the vote of the people would be counted for , or against the legislation that has been passed by de facto, or legit establishmentarians that may or may not have forgotten the will of the sovereign citizens. Us being the sovereign would by nature over rule the de facto nature of the law that has been passed if that is the case which it is at this point in reality.
It’s dire because if we had a true republic and real representation of ourselves emphasis true sovereinty atleast everyone wouldn’t be able to suffer anymore in terms of healthcare because they would atleast have a vote for themselves against anything. When the right legislation came around obviously i’m sure the people would side with it and even vote for it in the common law courts where the sovereigns oversee legislation after our governments have passed it. 1000’s of pages of current red tape and beauracracy is too scary, and just too much overall for the middle class citizen at this point. It’s becomming day by day obviously self-evident that democrazies only lead to mob rule where the minorities rights aren’t secured anymore.
I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man, and I think you should too.
